If there is one thing you MUST do in Sri Lanka, that is to try Sri Lanka Street food - Why, you may ask. Well, if you want to tantalize your taste buds with the vibrant flavours of Sri Lankan, the streets are where you should hit. Here are our top picks!

Starting off strong, we have the world-famous Kottu Roti - stir-fried together on a hot griddle; in this dish are shredded roti, vegetables, and your choice of meat or seafood. It is usually served with a spicy curry gravy. This IS the comfort dish of most Lankans, and that is for very good reasons. Your proteins, carbs and veggies mixed together with Sri Lankan spices that give its bursting flavours; Kottu Roti is one hearty meal.
Next up Wade - a fritter made from lentils, onions, chilli and Sri Lankan spices. This is a snack that comes in different sizes and different toppings. You can opt for a vegetarian option or add some extra protein with prawns (isso wadi) or mini crabs (kakulu wadi). If we were to choose only one, honestly…. We won't be able to! Munching on these while exploring the city - is one of the best experiences.
Into the misty hills with savoury flatbread made with coconut and wheat flour - Pol Roti. Another crowd pleaser. Pol Roti is often served with lunch miris which is a spicy onion sambal. A drive up to the hill country is not complete without stopping for some pol roti and freshly picked tea on the way.

Egg roti - another favourite - this is a flatbread that's filled with scrambled eggs, chilli and vegetables. This doubles up as a hearty, comforting dinner or even a breakfast. Usually served with spicy gravy, chicken curry or lentil curry. You cannot go wrong.
Ending our list strong with Hoppers (Appa), a crispy pancake made from fermented rice flour and coconut milk. Crispy outside and soft inside - got everyone's hearts. Appa can be enjoyed with both savoury and sweet toppings. Some ways to enjoy it - egg, pol sambol (coconut chutney), lunu miris, cheese, caramel, jaggery, chocolate or whatever your hopper-loving heart desires.

A key challenge for RTPS Bihar 4 is maintaining strict adherence to the mandated timeframes, as any bureaucratic delay negates the core purpose of the Right to Public Services Act itself.
The success of any agricultural policy in Bihar is intrinsically linked to the efficacy of its land management framework; this makes a continuous review and update of Bihar Bhumi Sudhar policies absolutely essential.
At my deli we needed a display that shows sandwiches in easy reach. I found https://mcdonaldpaper.com/marchia-ustar48-48-inch-black-low-profile-open-air-cooler-grab-and-go. The site explained everything, from size to warranty and shipping. They also had promos on other coolers and bulk discounts. The cooler worked quiet and didn’t take much space. I liked it since customers can see and grab food fast, which makes sales smoother.
